Can someone suggest me any adaptive filter designed to remove motion artifacts off PPG signal?

I think adaptive filtering is not the best option... Read this article and you might find a new decision or new ideas.
You can use NLMS kind of adaptive filters with raw PPG and a delayed PPG given as signal and reference signal respectively by creating a adaptive filter that is tuned to PGG. Alternatively you can use other movement sensors like accelerometers and use that to cancel the motion artefacts.

I am interested in processing PPG signals (local maxima, local minima and DC component extraction) with the least possible delay. Which method do you recommend me, please? Standard tools in the temporal domain are affected by noise, and spectral domain tools introduce 1 cycle (about 1 s) delay.

Mohamed, which kind of artifacts do you want to remove? Are those artifacts for pulse oximeters?
