Thank you for the recommendations, however, this is not what I am looking for.

I want to upload my own hyperspectral signatures to a repository, not to download data. Perhaps this is not very clear from my question. I have changed it a little bit.

Thank you both, I was asking to see if there is something more topic specific. However, it seems that one of those generalist repositories would be my best bet. I will probably use Figshare.
