I have a 2d test model "a layer of 0.1m thickness is modeled on the top surface of solid block (1m*1m)" in COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS 5.0
Now i need to assign material properties to that.
LAyer is Graphene
Solid block is SiO2 or Steel
May i know the material properties for the above requirements which is to be feeded in the user defined material browser for [GRAPHENE & steel]
Examples like:
1. Density
2. Coefficient of thermal expansion
3. Electrical Conductivity
4. Electron Mobility
5. Permeability
6. Poisson's ratio
7. Resistivity
8. YOung's modulus
9. Thermal conductivity
10. Strain-charge form
11. Stress-charge form
12. Bandgap

14. Electron mobility
15. Elasticity
Could anyone please help me with these or any possible solutions to come over this
This 2D material hardly can be described by 3D properties. Such modeling will work for certain in-plane excitations. I think that many people try to find good model parameters. Check the current literature carefully.

u put the parameters COMSOL Multiphysics depending on ur project requiremnt:
Electrical Conductivity: 10^8 s/m
Electron Mobility: 10000 -200,000cm^2/v-s
Resistivity: 10^-6 ohm cm
Young's modulus: 1TPa
Thermal conductivity: 4840-5300W/mK
Bandgap: 0 , U can introduce the bandgap upto 0.23eV by using GNR
