I am actually trying to isolate bacterial lipopeptides from the supernatant. i tried isolating with 1) ethyl acetate and flash 2) acid precipitation and concentration explained in most of the papers. But unfortunately i could not get any activity after the procedures.

so can someone who is familiar with this help me please
