Can someone provide information regarding microbial community analysis from hot spring water using Metageneassist tool?

We are dealing with microbial community analysis from hot spring water using Metageneassist tool. We prepared metadata file and downloaded organism abundance table from MG-RAST and uploaded in Metageneassist. We obtained bar and pie chart, but we are confused, how results are interpreted. Send information for interpretation of result using this tool.
