I wanted to know the method of calculating the converting the concentration of a sample in gram/100 gram diet to oral administration concentration in mg/kg body weight of mice.
For example, if I want to orally administrate the same concentration of sample to the mice, which is equal to 3% in diet, what is the concentration of the sample I should orally administer to the to the mice?

hi, the easiest Is to go with the average food intake per mouse per day and give that. however, the most accurate would be to record food intake for each animal and give the appropriate dose.
