I believe my calculations are correct, but I want to be sure before I proceed. I will just take two random liquids and ask my question as thoroughly as possible. So lets take olive oil and grapeseed oil. I want a solution that is 3% grapeseed oil, and another that is 15% grapeseed oil. So tell me if this is correct:

For a solution with a total volume of 30 milliliters, with a concentration of 15% grapeseed oil, I would put in 4.5ml of grapeseed oil and 25.5 ml olive oil?

For a solution with a total volume of 40 milliliters, with a concentration of 3% grapeseed oil, I would put in 1.2 milliliters of grapeseed oil and 38.8ml olive oil?

How about a total volume of 35 ml's, a concentration of 18% grapeseed oil. Would that be 6.3ml's grapeseed oil with
