I'm trying to analyze my soil and plant samples for the detection of heavy metals. Can Someone kindly recommend me the best methods or send me the links with complete procedures.

Have to careful with the calibration, it is mandatory (the more/ varying concentration you take for calibration, the better is the result)
after calibration and getting the calibration curve obtained from ASS , then only examine your sample.
Follow the methods applied by other researchers(how to dry the soil sample, amount of soil sample that need to be dissolved in water per litre..etc etc)
K. Semy yes there are many methods but I can say that some of the techniques are mentioned and these are also described in the four techniques as described in the ICP-MS, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy (GF-AAS), Flame atomic absorption spectroscopy and CV_AFS. I have also read the comments above with the experts above and all are perfectly mentioned.
