I found some mites running on some Agave plants we have in our greenhouse (attached picture) and just got curious about their identity. They have about 17 spatulate setae around the edge of the dorsum of the idiosoma, and two rows of three spatulate setae along the centre of the dorsum. The legs and the gnathosoma are bright orange and the body is very dark blue.
Any idea about the family or anything else? They were found in central Mexico.

Estoy de acuerdo con el colega, es necesario un análisis detallado de los ejemplares, ya que estos suelen estar asociados a plantas y en muchas ocasiones causan daños de leves a severos. Con gusto podría verlos en el Instituto de Biología de la UNAM, en la Colección Nacional de Acaros
@Harish G. Thanks for your answer. I checked the family, but the ones I have lack the filliform caudal setae, so probably they don't belong there.
@Margarita Ojeda. Muchas gracias por la invitación. Se encuentran en plantas que nos sobraron de experimentos anteriores, así que el daño potencial sería mínimo. Además, creo que es alguna especie edáfica, porque se ven caminando sobre las plantas principalmente después de regarlas. Me interesaría en el futuro poder identificarlos con su amable ayuda. I think, this mite belongs to the tetranychidae family and Bryobiini Berlese tribe.

According to your pictures I confirm that these specimens seem to belong to the genus Bryobia (Tetranychidae). If you are interested to know to which species they belong I can identify them. What do you think?
They look like Bryobiinae - Tetranychidae, prob. genus Bryobia.
Philippe Auger would be a good researcher to help you.
There are also Acarologists in Mexico - you could ask Edith Estrada for a suggestion.
