If you are using  neuroblastoma cells then for differentiation you don't need the coating. They will grow even without coating them with laminin or PDL but if you feel that your cells are not attaching properly then you can use Poly -D-Lysine.  It works well for neuron. Thank you ! I tried twice without coating. First time  no cells attached. Second time I increased amount cells, but again results not good.  I will try. Thank you! ;)
