Hello All

I am working on a 4-bit Binary Search ADC. I have a input of 20Mhz sine wave signal which is sampled at 100MHz (5 times). I have obtained the original input signal at the output end by the ideal DAC as shown in the attachment. 

I need to plot the FFT for the same. I used the spectrum analyzer which is available in Cadence- Virtuoso XL. The ENOB is exceeding 4bits and the SNR keeps changing for the different window I choose. 

How am I supposed to tackle this and is there any special techniques where I can increase the SNR value?
