I am working on biosimilar of EPO which is still in developmental stage. However I am stuck with optimization of tris tricine native condition for the protein. I have tried various percentages like 4.5, 7, 8 but I am not able to achieve the separation of dimers, aggregate and monomers. It would really helpful if someone can suggest an appropriate step in such situation.
