What sort of information are you trying to acquire here? You have a design with so many variables, many of which are related in complex ways. I would also challenge the figures you put in for fuel costs, as would any motoring aware person. I respectfully suggest you :
1) come up with an unambiguous research question, with few conflicting and confounding variables (zero if possible),
2) devise a means of answering the question,
3) devise and validate (a very very difficult task) a suitable questionnaire as required to answer the question,

This shows for 10 miles of journey it will cost 1.10 pounds
