Can someone advise on CTAB method for DNA extraction from maize leaves?3

Seeking the best CTAB method for DNA extraction from maize leaves with details, for example, the time needed for incubating or centrifuging and is it better if I apply PVP or 2ME and if yes, how much (%)? Do you have any suggestion for good extraction?
