Good day! MSP-1 Protein are highly glycosylated protein of both parasite ( falciparum and vivex ). So first you has to be discuss, in which purposes you want cDNA, either for diagnostic or for prophylactic study. According to your interest of works you has to select cDNA with vector (Eukaryotic e.i. Yeast or Pro. E. Coli). N. number of company providing the ready made codon optimised cDNA Clones in india also. I can provide company name.
