I was looking for the test but found most of them conducted using mazes. There are a few papers from Stan Floresco, but may be you can recommend me something different.

I'm not sure if there is a "simple" set shifting task out there. It really depends on the specific question you want to answer. If you're interested in specifically in shifting, the operant task does a good job. The digging task is considerably more labor intensive, but it addresses certain questions that can't be done in the operant chamber.
