I performed some lab experiment related to thin films, but for analysis of the results I need to know few parameters describing the Titanium Nitride which I cant' find. So, the questions are:
1) What are the dispersion formulas for the refractive index and extinction coefficient of Titanium Nitride?
2) What are the frequencies of the absorption bands of the Titanium Nitride?
3) What is the value of epsilon infinity for Titanium Nitride?

For the dispersion, you might consider the following Drude term as a first approximation:
epsilon = P - wp^2/(w^2*(1-i/(w*tau)))
with wp (plasma frequency) = 8.7eV, (h/2pi)/tau=1.3eV, and P=6.0.

I've been searching for answers to questions like yours, and found the following publication, which seems to answer your first question.

The point is, I found that the dielectric constants of TiN are different everywhere, and I want to use a reliable source for TiN in visible region and beyond (400-1000 nm)... any idea what can I use?
