Most of the conferences and high reputed journal including ISI indexed and other high data base indexed conferences claim a high registration free and the publication fee from the authors.I want to know good reputation conferences and Journals that are ISI indexed or high data base Indexed and claim no registration fee from the authors
In fact you have a lot of choices as all the ISI indexed Journals of well-known publishers(Wiley, science-direct and springier,... ) do not charge publication fee.
I suggest that you check the publishers website and find the journals appropriate for your research.

You are right about institutional access fees. I just considered the publication fee and not the access fee in my previous response. However, I think that most universities have access to Science-direct.

In my field, ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) journals publish very high quality papers , however the IF of these journals are lower than their counterparts in Science=direct. That is most probably because many universities do not have access to ASCE journals.

Elsevier and Springer are also free but provide support for Open Access options.
In case of Hindawi, most Journals do not have impact factors. Such Journals cost about USD 600-800, but when the Journals do have impact factors, they will charge USD 2000.

I updated the Elsevier list with a new column: Acceptance Rate, based on Elsevier Journal Finder results. In my view, there is a correlation between the Impact Factors and Acceptance Rate. As writers, we generally want a good Impact Factors Journal with higher Acceptance Rate. Thus, I make a new column, i.e., Acceptance Rate times Average Impact Factors. Hope this would be helpful.
