Of course you can use as +ve control with your plant extract or synthetic compound as test drug in in vivo as well as in vitro experimant
in invivo experiment on mice in which solvent silymarin total soluble dilution shoould prepare,please suggest
Mix with double distilled water and give through needle (oral dose)
