Can RT-Pcr reactions be stored overnight?

There was a mistake and the real time pcr instrument was occupied during my experiment hours. I stored my reactions(10μl), which contain SYBR Green reagent, in - 20oC planning to leave them overnight. Is there any chance to run successfully the RTpcr tomorrow with these samples?

An intercalating agent does not quickly denature. It is only for coloring. Fluorimetric techniques are not so short time. If the cryostatic treatment has been done well, in my opinion, you'll be fine. The procedures do not indicate a maximum time. Which one did you use?
