In my research, respondents are full-time academia of four specific universities
📷 Sampling frame (lecturer/Senior lecturer, Associate prof/ Prof) = Total 7244 Academia
📷 Sampling technique (stratified random sampling) will be using to reach respondents
Therefore, my question is
- Can I use a particular university and particular faculty to conduct the pilot study or do I need to conduct the pilot study among four universities and various faculties?

Md Murad Miah off course you can use a particular faculty or several facultues within one out four universities. Actually, you must do the pilot study in a small sample (5% or less of 5% of total sample or about 350 respondents). good luck :)
Md Murad Miah simply use 10% of total samp. keep in mind including at least 30 participants for each group (lecturer/S. lecturer, Assoc. prof/ Prof). do this and sleep well!

Just during final analysis you have to exclude the number of subjects taken in pilot study.
