Hi everyone,

Recently, I’ve been considering using a high-content screening (HCS) platform to detect ferroptosis-related changes, and I'm planning to process samples in 96-well plates to improve efficiency. We have Phen Green SK diacetate (5/6-mixture) from Medchemexpress (HY-126823), and I’ve looked into its reported relevance to ferroptosis. However, I’m not sure whether it can reliably function and accurately reflect ferroptosis changes in a 96-well HCS setup.

Given that plate-based assays require high sensitivity and consistency across wells, I’m wondering if anyone has actually used this reagent for similar high-throughput applications? Or does anyone have experience with how well it performs in multi-channel imaging and quantitative analysis?

Thank you in advance.
