My aim is to get rid of impurity phases and obtain a single phase alloy. Are there any technic(s) to avoid the formation of oxide materials in sample?
The obvious case is to melt in vacuum or in inert gas atmosphere like N ar Ar. Another option seems to be to include something which has a higher affinity to oxygen than your alloy but I guess this will not entirely prevent oxydation.

Samples are sealed under rough vacuum and put into furnace in a quarz tube. If a mixture waits ten days in air, does it include oxides or oxide forms after synthesis at high temperature?
As long as you have oxygen in your system you will have oxydation. The question simply is, how much will disturb you.
Dear Murat , when you use glove box may be the best option to do it your experiment.
you could also think about some adive with a higher affinity to oxygen and which does not disturb your alloy.
you could try sealing (arc welding in Ar) in a metal ampule -Ti or Ta- and then sealed in quartz.
For silicon wafer, Si3N4 can be used for stoping the oxidation of Si at high temperature. It's called LOCOS process.
I think the easy way u can use is flow Argon gas with a suitable rate during the process. the inlet from one side and the outlet from the other side .
