Depending on your matrix, you can do it by UV detection. You can do it for sure with MS with +ESI ionization.

The trickiest part will be the chromatography itself, but you can find a few columns in market designed for this type of compounds.

Dimethylsiloxane did not have a 'good' UV spectrum, but the answer depends on your sample matrix and the expected concentration.

if moeny is a concern, you might go with FID detection
