Here it is the picture of such FI.. is the presence of liquid CO2 acknowledged in this picture? It should be noted that this inclusion was found in fluorite suspicious to be of epithermal origin.
If we accept the epithermal origin for this deposit then the presence of such inclusion can`t be reasonable because based on Barnes in: "geochemistry of hydrothermal ore deposits" liquid CO2 can only be formed in several kilometers or at least more than 1 kilometer depth.

It's really good to see an aqueous carbonic inclusion in a fluorite crystal. There is every possibility of trapping of such a fluid within fluorite even at shallow crustal levels. Presence of carbonic fluids in epithermal deposits is not uncommon. As there is no information on the depth of formation of fluorite, may be the crustal levels were such that the possiblity of presence and trapping of such a volatile-rich fluid may be quite less but not nil. The abundance of such CO2-bearing fluid can be confirmed by looking at the fluid inclusion characteristics of the at the mine or regional-scale. It is not mandatory that such a fluid formed at the depths at which fluorite precipitate, rather it could be of deeper origin. In such a case, it got trapped within the fluorite in the course of its upward release from parent region and subsequent trapping within the precipitating fluorite.
The world internal pressure records always belong to fluid inclusions within the mineral. However, neckin-down structure as long as the inclusion keeps its substances inside it do not change the pressure. Necking-down occurs usually extreme volatile content or too much halite or less.
The entrapment occur when the CO2 is an gaseous state, then, when you got the mineral at the room tempature, yes, CO2 changes its state of matter.
