I must tell you, once you publish upload it here it be ones public.

Upload your writing, article/chapter etc., of you like to share your work, if like other to read your work. Once you publish here it will be public and cannot publish through other publications, others will not accept it.m

For peer review you need to look for other platform.

Here we do not even have comments sections anymore on.
