Can Modified Garabedian McFadden iterative technique be optimized in ANSYS?

1. I am so much interested in the Modified Garabedian McFadden technique, I am interested in getting the optimal value of the A, Band C values.

2. During the inverse design of an airfoil, some blade shapes may have a lower profile moving up above the y=0 (y>0) which means that it is moving up on the +y direction, Does anyone know how to use the k1,k2 and k3 values in verifying the effects and why it moves up and down in the procedure? Can this also be verified using ANSYS?
