Metallic nanoparticles think may be single-photon emitters. In practice, we have observed and described by single-photon tunnel emission from nanoscale blade:

I think it depends. For a two level quantum dot, the antibunching character of fluoresence originate from its Fermionic oscillation. That is, after the photon is emitted, it takes some time to reexcite the quantum dot. However, for the metallic nanoparticle, the localized surface plasmon possesses Bosonic charater. One can pump multiple plasmons simultaneously, which can lead to bunching emissions. So I think that the photon statistics of field from a single metallic nanostructure may have relation to the properties of exciting field.
The metallic nanoparticle can be used to control the bunching behavior of the nearby quantum emitter. For example, Y.-S. Park et al. [PRL110,117401 (2013)] reported that by modifying the single exciton and biexciton emission properties, bunching effect is found for single quantum dot coupled to a metal nanoparticle.
Another studies by A. Ridolfo et al. [PRL 105, 263601 (2010)] demonstrated that both bunching and antibunching photons can be generated by a hybrid quantum emitter-metallic nanoparticle system. In this study, they consider the emitter and metallic nanoparticle as a whole. Both the emitter and the nanoparticle will scatter the incident light.
