Anirudh, can you share your protocol using laminin for spheroid formation? Also, we are not using PDX cell line. Right now we are working with MDA-468, MDA-453 and T47D. Why do you ask?

Both Matrigel and laminin can be used as a ECM in the spheroid cultures. Matrigel can vary between batches of product, and its composition is not clearly defined. Laminin is definitly better option to in vitro spheroid generation and culture. When you use laminin you can get more repeatable results.
