I am trying to use PLSR for genotype-phenotype modeling using longitudinal imaging data from 5 different time points (Response Matrix). My matrix of predictors is numerical SNP data. My goal is to use repeated imaging data to estimate coefficients in a regression model with a higher accuracy (compared to having a single time point). Nevertheless, none of the existing packages seem to handle genotype data well. I have tried mixOmics but all the output coefficients are zero. Any suggestion for methods/software packages would be greatly appreciated.
