The business world requires public presentations and so many other situations in which an extrovert seems best suited for success. In this environment, what space can an introvert expect?
I my opinion at first a leader should have some other characteristics like charismatic personality, bravery, sense of management, powerfulness and self-respect to effect his or her followers and stimulate them toward subordination. therefore, i think introverted people can be successful leaders
People follow those they believe in. An extrovert, who is all words and no skills can get people's attention for a while, but, once they figure him/her out, it's over. A skilled person, who offers solutions (especially under difficult circumstances), inspires confidence and trust, so people are naturally drawn to him/her. He/she can be an introvert or an extrovert, but it's his/her problem solving skills that matter. That said, people are social creatures, and are naturally drawn to those they can relate to easily. So extroverts do have a leg up on the competition.
In my opinion, introverts are more suited to become better leaders. They take their time and assess situations which help them in making better decisions. They are more inclined to have a strategic approach to building long-term benefits for the company.
