I am wondering if integrating transit modes such as bus and metro is capable of increasing accessibility to stations.
To some extent, I believe this is possible. However, I want to seek your views on this topic.

It facilitate the accessibility to station , other mode of transportation are needed to facilitate public i.e. shared three wheeler and manually driven rikshawala
Yes, I believe it does, as others have suggested though stations have to be designed to handle traffic and schedules need to be complimentary. Many major cities have bus, train and subway systems that work together successfully.

This is predominantly the model in all major cities in the United States. When I worked in the Washington DC, I would often walk to the underground Metro train station, then took the bus, all using my metro card. The online information system helped me plan my trip so that there was less than 60 seconds’ wait.

It is also important to note that buses suffer a worse fate than cars in congested conditions when it comes to providing a speed-competitive mid-level public transport option. Integrating bus into the metro could be a panacea in many ways. It should be noted that when public transport travel rises, it is not simple that one passenger kilometer by public transport replaces one passenger kilometer driven by cars. Instead, one passenger kilometer by public transport replaces multiple passenger kilometers by car due to “transit leverage effect,” (Newman and Kenworthy, 1999).

Most certainly. Seamless transfers from metro buses to metro trains is vital. Additionally city planners should strongly encourage mixed development, i.e., housing, shops and business are all located within walking distance as also a metro station close by that enables workers to reach their place of work from home. Called "Transit Oriented Urban Planning" Stapleton area of Denver, CO, USA is a good example of an accessible transit system.
One of the cool things about making hubs that filter different transportation modes are the shops that spring up to grab the travelers interest. Toronto's underground city used to be fun. I have not been there is years but I expect that there are still shopping gems.
