I want to see if there is a significant difference in the performance of students in a class (such as class scores) given that they are subjected to different kinds of treatments (studying in a quiet, low noise, and noisy environments). In this test, the same group of students are subjected to the different treatments.
I am thinking of performing a one-way ANOVA test, however I am not sure if it is okay to have the same people in the class subjected to the same treatments.

one way ANOVA, two way ANOVA, two sample test , correlation, regresssion use 0.05 or 0.01 significant level. If p value is less than 0.05, there is significant difference among treatments.
Reuben - If there is a significant difference in the performance of students in a class (such as class scores) given that they are subjected to different kinds of treatments, You can use One Way ANOVA similar to a t test, except that this test can be used to compare the means from three or more groups (t tests can only compare two groups at a time, and for statistical reasons it is generally considered “illegal” to use t tests over and over again on different groups from a single experiment. The one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) is used to determine whether there are any statistically significant differences between the means of two or more independent (unrelated) groups.
p value is one and confidence interval of Gaussian /bell curve
You can use One Way ANOVA, two way ANOVA, two sample test , correlation, and you can use integration.
If you randomize the way you provide the treatment then it would give valid results with ANOVA. For example give student A treatment 3 first then treatment 2 and then treatment 1 collecting data of the response variable in between. For student B let the student take the treatments in a different order, and so on. Thus you are not biasing the students to go through the same sequence of treatments and perhaps improve their knowledge just because of the treatment effect. Ideally if you have three groups of students of the sample size each and similar characteristics then giving a treatment separately to each group and then doing the ANOVA of the dependent variable will be most valid.
