I am in trouble with simulation of mixed traffic including motorcycle traffi. I would like to know the default setting of vissim 5.3 is suitable or not for including motorcycle traffic.

Default settings wont work when two wheelers are included in the traffic. As lane discipline isnt followed by this vehicle type, driving behavior need to be adjusted to reflect the field scenario.
You can find it in base data>driving behavior.

Yes you can. As far as I know there is built-in 'Bike' model to work with motorcycle. However, if you don't find, you have create new vehicle type and vehicle class to facilitate that. And, you need to change the vehicle composition also into the desired one.
