Our facility does not have the proper DC magnetron sputtering machine nor thermal evaporator to deposit the conductive Ag electrode. My perovskite solar cell has a metal oxide as HTL. In theory, the metal oxide should act as an effective barrier against sputtering damage on the PVSK layer. My question is, can I use the normal SEM coater to sputter conductive Ag electrode with a thickness of 40 nm in air? Thank you very much.
