My glove box(VTI) has problem with oxygen concentration.

However, the other glove box with same Ar or N2 gas has no problem in oxygen detection, and the value can reduce to less than 0.1ppm with continuous purging with clean gas.

but in mine, it does not drops to even 1ppm, but it even rises to 90 to 100ppm. Even the circulation function, somehow, I do not know exact reason why, does not reduce the oxygen value.

In our lab cases, usually, the organic solvents, such as alcohols, DMF, DMSO, acetonitrile, toluene, etc. make fault oxygen value. Therefore, I decide to remove all the solvent bottles(all bottles are covered with Sure/Seal) from the glove box, because the vapor effect the detector.

After all the works, it still does not fall the value.

even after the regeneration process, it still remain in high value range, 80-100 ppm

the catalyst is very fresh, that the total life time is less than 7 month.

Korea local reseller has come few times to check the glove box system, but it does not work now.

Is there any good way to reduce the oxygen value?
