Hi, you can you RPMI for BEAS-2B but it will be better if u adapt the cell line with old and new media in a 75:25 ratio and 50:50 ratio and so on. Use the following link for better understanding.

NO! Absolutely not. Media containing FBS induces EMT in BEAS-2B. You need to use a serum free specialty media such as LHC-9.
