According to ATCC instructions BEGM have to use for culturing BEAS-2B cells and have to use culture flask should be coated with fibronectin+bovine collagen type I + bovine serum albumin dissolved in BEBM.
So, What I want to know is use only this media or can we ues other media, I am little bit confused, Please let me know which medium is good for culturing of BEAS-2B cells and freezing media?
If we will ues other media and uncoated flasks is there any changes of cell culturing?
If we will use normal flasks these cells can adhere?
Please help me in this step.

One major scenario we try to avoid with BEAS-2B cells is the danger of squamous terminal differentiation which can skew our experiments. In our lab, we usually pre-coat the T75 flasks, and culture the cells in LHC-9 media. BEBM media has also been recommended by ATCC as the media of choice in culturing these cells.
