Hello, all.
I want to transfect protein to PC12 cell.
(To be precise, on the surface membrane of the PC12 cell.)
I carried out transfection experiments with HEK cells with pNICE plasmid DNA.
Can I apply that plasmid vector to PC12 cell types?
(For reference, the size of the vector is about 8.3kbp.)

Hi Jeongse,
If you were able to transfect your HEK cells successfully with your plasmid, you should be able to transfect your PC12 cells as well since you're working with a mammalian expression vector system. You should also develop a G418 kill-curve specific to your cells to help aid with your experiments.
