I want to check effects of neuroblastoma cells (N2A and NS20Y) on motor neurons cells.

The motor neurons cells i have are NSC34 which are hybrid of neuroblastoma cells with mice spinal cord neuro motor cells, which results in immortolaized motor neuron like cells.

My question is can i use the NSC34 for that? they are already been effected with neuroblastoma cells so i dont know if it can be used to messure the effects of the cells or the exosomes effects from the neuroblastoma cells to cell if it will cause any changes.
