Hello,

I am making a medium to isolate an anaerobe from a bioreactor. The medium I use contains L-cysteine-HCl. However, in my lab I only have L-cysteine. I am wondering I can use L-cysteine instead of L-cysteine-HCl to make the medium or not.

Could you please give me some suggestions for it?
