I have recently started using B-PER reagent for my cell lysis work and it seems to be working pretty well. I am almost out of DNase-I and Lysozyme although I still have a lot of the lysis buffer left. Can I use generic DNase-I and Lysozyme instead? or do I have to order a whole new set?

Sure. You can also make your generic B-PER while you're at it. Triton, IGEPAL, EDTA, pH8. 1 freeze-thaw cycle. Does wonders. (easy to find the details on google)

Yes, you can use any DNase-I and Lysozyme together with B-Per.
