For my immunofluorescence on mouse brain sections I would need to stain both nuclei and cytoplasm of human cells transplanted in mouse brain, but my primaries (STEM101 and STEM121) are from the same species (mouse).
I used as secondary antibody an Alexa 488 anti-mouse and I thought I could stain both at the same time, but I found out that in some cells are stained just the nuclei and in others just the cytoplasm. It could be due to the fact that the primaries are from the same species and the secondary doesn't recognize them properly or maybe issues with the primaries?
Anyone can help me?
Thank you!
