in a cell culture plate with confluent cells, I'd like to treat them with a pan phosphatase inhibitor and then subsequently treat them with DNA damaging agent like (UV or CPT).

After that, I'd like to lyse the cell for a western blot analysis.

Does anyone know if there is a pan phosphatase inhibitor that can be used as a treatment before treating with DNA damaging agents? and if so, could you please tell me how to do it?

Please let me know if my questions aren't clear.
