Can i uncoat my gelatin from cell culture flask?

I have coated my culture flask with more concentrated gelatin than required accidentally. I haven't seeded my cells yet. Can i uncoat them and again coat them with desired concentration?

Generally, i use PBST to remove gelatin from my coated surface & sake it for 2 to 3 hour. After that i clean it using DIO.
