Can I substitute NEBNext Sample Purification Beads for Agencourt AMPure XP beads (ONT library prep)?

Hi,

I'm prepping a sample for Oxford Nanopore GRIDion sequencing using the old PCR-cDNA Barcoding kit (SQK-PCB109). The protocol specifies Agencourt AMPure XP beads should be used for purifying the product after barcoding PCR. My lab only has NEBNext Sample Purification Beads available. Will these work ok? I'm not sure if they are able to bind full length (>1kb) reverse-transcribed transcripts.
