- Is there a possibility to collect cells after cell culture for further cytosol/nuclear fractionation. Cells were harvested in the middle of the night, and the procedure of cells fractionation with a large amount of samples takes about two hours. Therefore, is there any way to collect the samples and their storage for completing the procedure in the following days.
- Is it possible to determine histone acetyl transferase (HAT) and histone deacetylase (HDAC) from a total cell lysate? How should I prepare the lysate. For determination of HAT and HDAC activity I am going to use commercial kits.

The whole cells can be kept in FBS containing 10% DMSO and store under Liquid nitrogen (for long time) or -80C (1 week) until the nuclear extraction. The recommendation from the commercial kit manufacturer.
