Can I store cell lysate in -20 degree ( the protein for structural determination) freezer for one or two days?
Depends on your protein and whether you have proteinase inhibitors in your lysate.
If you are doing structural studies then you probably don't want to do a freeze-thaw. Putting it on ice for a day or so might be OK.
