Dear Hang,

You do not need to transfect any other helper constructs for retroviral envelope and Gag-pol synthesis. Therefore, you should avoid to transfect with pCL-10Al. Make sure that your transfection procedure is optimal, although the phoenix cell line are highly transferable. Collect viral particles in the supernatant after 24, 36 and 48 hours.
