In order to synthesis some compound,
I mixed starting materials and checked each compound in the TLC plate.
However, one of starting material showed two spot.
So, I took a proton NMR for chechking pollution of it but it presented only one product.
Then, can one compound show two spots in TLC plate?

if that compound has isomers, then possibility is there, in that case spots will be close to each other, which can be differentiated by 2D TLC.
TLC is a method for analyzing mixtures by separating the components in the mixture . Visualization of coloured compounds is simple, the spots can be directly observed after development.If the two two compounds have similar Rf valuas as may the case with isomers i suggest you use the Snyder method i.e to test other TLC solvents that would enhance the separation quality.
Agree with @Mamta Arora. Probably stereoisomers, not structural - if You do believe obtained NMR

It can be the isomer of that starting material. Are the spots together?
Isomer of the compound, perhaps.
It could also occur due to an impure compound (that's, it is made of two different compounds, while you thought it's only one)
